The room was incredible and luxurious, with with a lovely bathroom and the sloped ceiling. The location was unbeatable and easy, just a short walk away from Church of st Clement. The hotel was a cosy base for enjoying a good area. Had supper in an indoor restaurant.

No complains at all, I enjoyed the easter. It was clean and the staff were super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating, beds were extremely comfy. The location was particularly good, near to Poole, and Boscombe seafront, in a very residential area. I ate at the indoor restaurant near the hotel. The breakfast was great, they offered great pancakes and bacon.

My partner and I have just returned from a lovely and relaxing few days away from it all at this hotel.The staff could not be more welcoming and the rooms are of a high standard.The food is a good quality and the ambience in the bistro all adds to the high quality offered at this hotel.We will be back.

Very comfortable room and lovely en-suite. The vegetarian breakfast was delicious. Staff were very helpful.
On leaving, the staff were busy and we understand that but they did not thank us for staying or ask us to return. We had decided to tell friends about the hotel and were going to return. It just was disappointing at the end.
